Infant Classroom & Curriculum

6 Weeks- 19 Months: It is our purpose to make sure that your child is in the best of care. Our passion for children drives us to make sure that your experience here at Sunnyside is an excellent one. 

Ms. Leasa is our Lead Infant teacher, Ms.Tajae is our Infant Assistant teacher. It is their main goal to establish a relationship with parents to make sure each individual child goals and needs are met through compassion, patience and understanding.

CPR & First Aid is a requirement with the State of Michigan. 

We are partnered with MIREGISTRY to meet the requirements of 24 hours of professional development training yearly.

It is our goal to help infants meet the Michigan Standard goals for growth and development by creating opportunities that meet the changing needs of the developing child.

ASQ is a comprehensive, reliable screening tool that measures development in 5 domains: Communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and personal -Social skills.

We are partnered with Great Start to Quality where we offer high quality care. Our Program demonstrates quality across several categories of program quality indicators. 

You will receive a daily sheet keeping you up to date on feedings, diapers changes and much more each day.
